    - Two-day in-person Training.

    Part 2:

    -6 online meetings in a learning cohort with a GCN facilitator where you will coach, be coached, and observe coaching.

    Part 3:

    -6 practice coaching sessions with a volunteer of your choice.

    Finishing up:

    -360 review of your strengths and growth areas in coaching.
