Frequently Asked Questions

What is Gospel Coaching?

Gospel Coaching is an intentional, prayer-infused relationship where you reflect on your life and leadership through the lens of the Gospel. A coach helps you listen attentively to what God is inviting you into, asks questions to help you reflect, and gently holds you accountable as you take faithful next steps.

Who is coaching best suited for?

Coaching is designed for women in leadership, including- but not limited to- women on staff in churches and ministries, pastors, missionaries, and leaders of non-profit or ministry initiatives.

More broadly, coaching is for any woman who desires a gospel- centered space to reflect, grow, and navigate the challenges of her calling with greater clarity, resilience, and dependence upon Christ.

How is coaching different from counseling or therapy?

Counseling typically focuses on healing past wounds, trauma, or mental health concerns. Coaching assumes emotional health and focuses on present realities and future direction.

Sometimes, finding a counselor becomes an action step through a coaching relationship. Sometimes, women begin coaching after completing a season of counseling. Others choose to have a counselor and a coach simultaneously.

How much does coaching cost?

Our team of coaches is dedicated to supporting women who are genuinely seeking growth and guidance in their lives. Details are discussed during the discovery call so we can discern a sustainable arrangement together.

What if I’m not sure coaching is right for me?

That’s exactly what a discovery call is for. This is a no-pressure conversation that allows you to ask questions and explore whether coaching is a good fit for your current season.

My coaching experience was transformative. My coach provided an unbiased, wise, and safe space to be able to process professional, personal, and spiritual goals. She gently guided me through the goals I set with thought-provoking questions, which often resulted in tears. She never provided answers but was happy to journey with me through each season during the year she coached me. The one question she always asked, that I still ask myself, is “What truth from God do you need to hold on to today?” That hope-focused, gospel-centered approach is what transformed me and is still transforming me into the person God intends for me to be. I am incredibly grateful!
