1:1 Gospel Coaching
You’ll meet with your Gospel Coach to set goals, challenge your current mindset, and gain clarity and confidence in who you are in Christ. Coaching relationships range from six months to eighteen months.
Coaching Skills Training
During your time at skills training, you will meet other ministry leaders, acquire the skills of Gospel Coaching, and gain valuable tools for applying truth in your own life and with the leaders you are supporting in ministry.
Soul Care Cohorts
For eight months, you’ll meet once a month with a small group of four to six women. Together, we will look at our unique ministry challenges through a Gospel lens and make time for one to two peer coaching segments.
